The Open Bee Connector allows users to configure a Filing Rule, Document Description, folder path, and more so that documents can be automatically distributed to an Open Bee server without additional user intervention. The Open Bee Connector also comes with two pre-built index forms, one for Service Accounts and one for User Accounts, which allow users to scan and distribute documents to an Open Bee server. Users can specify Filing Rule information, update the Document Description, and even select a Folder Path at the MFP panel at the time of scanning. The Open Bee Connector is included in all Dispatcher Phoenix licenses. Please note that the Open Bee Connector will also integrate with Konica Minolta KOMIDoc. UPDATED Language Packs - Updated language packs for Japanese, Simplified Chinese, German, and French are now available to support new translations.
