*** Issues Fixed *** 
 - Addressed an issue with Dispatcher Phoenix Web configured with an AD domain 
   server (not LDAP) that was impacting user search results in the Sharing app.

 - Updated the Workflow Engine to better handle the automated workflow restart 
   process in high-volume environments.

 - Updated documentation to include Microsoft 365 Access Runtime as the 
   recommended ODBC database driver.

 - Addressed other minor anomalies.
