Release2Me+ is a standalone Dispatcher Phoenix license that powers secure print release and Scan-To workflows. Dispatcher Phoenix Release2Me+ provides staff, managers, administrators, and other employees the ability to control confidential information.

With Release2Me+, print jobs are held in a queue until they are released at the MFP by an authenticated user. This ensures that documents are not printed until users enter a password or use an ID card to authenticate themselves at the MFP, confirming that they are physically present to pick up their printed documents. Since the print jobs are held in the queue, not on the MFP's Hard Drive, the user can print these documents from any networked device. And unclaimed documents can be deleted from the queue after a specific amount of time.

In addition, Release2Me+ includes direct access to scan workflows, including Scan to Me and Scan to Home, along with direct connectors to the most popular cloud storage applications in the world today, including Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Google Drive, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, WebDAV, and much more.

Web-based Print Reports Extensive print reporting capabilities are now available via Dispatcher Phoenix Web. Dynamic reports with detailed graphs, colorful charts, and tables can be quickly created, customized, and exported to monitor print activity and device usage. Convenient Print Delegation Busy executives can now delegate their print jobs to others for printing. Key to maintaining productivity in every office, this feature allows employees to release jobs that were printed by another user, without ever requiring IT's assistance. Advanced Document Processing including OCR. As the ideal solution for customers seeking a powerful, cost-effective document workflow with OCR, Dispatcher Phoenix empowers our customers to convert files to PDF formats such as PDF Searchable, automatically extract data from scanned documents using zonal OCR, and much more. Along with existing advanced capture, processing, and distribution features designed to optimize productivity, this new built-in OCR capability expands Dispatcher Phoenix's digital workflow capabilities - with no optional modules required for our customers to purchase! Collection You can customize your workflow to receive files scanned in at the MFP or via a browser using Dispatcher Phoenix's Web Capture capabilities. Workflow Builder Creating workflows has never been easier with the intuitive, graphical Workflow Builder, featuring: Vibrant visuals Drag-and-drop simplicity Customizable icons Drawing and text tools Advanced formatting options Collection points and distribution points are configured as graphical nodes. A node library is displayed on the side of the Workflow Builder, allowing you to easily drag-and-drop nodes onto the Workflow Builder's canvas area to begin creating your workflow. In addition, ScanTrip includes a variety of Sample Workflows to streamline customer onboarding. Simply select your desired workflows, configure the input for your devices and start scanning! To further simplify things, the Workflow Builder even checks your work and alerts you of any potential errors or missing information.
