With Dispatcher Phoenix's visually appealing user interface on the MFP, processing and routing records, patient files, and other important medical documents has never been easier. At the MFP, you can scan and upload files to content management systems such as OnBase by Hyland Software, index documents quickly using database lookups, choose a process to perform on the documents, browse through your PC folder structure to find a scan destination folder, and more.

In addition, with Dispatcher Phoenix's HL7 Connectivity, staff can securely scan patient information from a Konica Minolta MFP and easily attach that informationto the patient record in an EHR. Using Dispatcher Phoenix's intuitive interface at the MFP, staff can easily look up patient data, input additional information such as patient name and medical record number, choose the appropriate document type, and send as an HL7 message to your patient's EHR. Alternatively, documents can be converted to CDA-compliant XML files for export into an EHR or EMR platform.
